Yoga helps to bring strength and flexibility in the body, to calm the mind and to enhance awareness of your true self and path. Yoga has been practised for thousands of years in the East so why not benefit from all of this experience.

Is Yoga suitable for me?

Integral Yoga practice encourages an easeful practice and incorporates; asana (poses), yoga nidra (deep relaxation) and pranayama (breathing practices).

What to bring to Class?

A yoga mat if you have one, (some mats are available at classes to use and new ones to purchase). A cushion and a blanket can also be useful during the class for using as support in some poses and to get really comfortable and warm during the relaxation session. Wear something loose and comfortable, that allows you to move freely.

Yoga One-to-One sessions

A yoga one-to-one session may be beneficial for those new to yoga to help introduce the basics of yoga and bring confidence for attending a regular class session. A one-to-one session is also great for anyone with health limitations as yoga is often an activity that can be practised with health and energy restrictions. Many of the yoga asanas (poses) have health benefits to certain areas or organs of the body, a routine can be created that may aid many health limitations.

Or for those wishing to deepen their own practise or when you feel ready to introduce a regular home practise. We can develop a personalised practice for you to take home.

Deep relaxation session

For anyone suffering from stress or stress related illnesses or for those just needing some ‘chill-out’ time, experience an individually tailored deep relaxation session to enable you to completely switch off and feel relaxed and revived by the end. Try it in your lunch hour or after a stressful day at work.

Prices

One-to-one sessions:

An initial appointment is £50 for 1¼ hours (includes health consultation)

Follow on sessions £45 for 1 hour (discounts available when booking 3 or more sessions)

Deep relaxation £25 for 30 mins
