I offer a multifaceted, focused and supportive programme of nutrition and wellbeing services for people with M.E, Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia.

The aim of this service is to

Provide a tailored and personalised support plan which will may include one or more of:

Nutritional therapy; food and supplementation, naturopathy, yoga, relaxation exercises, referrals to recommended Hypnotherapists, Counsellors, Osteopaths and other practitioners.

Test for underlying causes

Tests may include: Stool, digestion, thyroid, adrenals, heavy metal toxicology

Monitor progress by email, phone and regular review sessions over skype or face-to-face
Support you to focus on your health and recovery.
